Ultra Cleaning Services LLC operates this cleaning-services website. Contact us at contact@ultracleaningservicesfm.com, (218) 790-1514, or 3026 33rd St S, Moorhead, MN 56560 with questions about your information.
Information you choose to provide
Estimate forms ask for your name, service, property city, and a way to contact you. You may also provide property details, a preferred date, and notes. If you choose text updates, the request records that separate choice.
A client account can contain your account identifier, contact information, company name, linked service requests, request status, and messages. Team members may record scheduling details and private operational notes needed to handle the request.
How the information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, coordinate agreed cleaning work, manage accounts, and keep a record of service communications. Technical systems also process information needed to protect forms, authenticate users, prevent abuse, and operate the website.
Submitting an estimate request permits a response about that request. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Text updates are a separate, optional choice, and promotional messaging would require its own appropriate permission.
Systems and service providers
The website and account workspace use connected WMG website, account, form, and communication services. Service providers may process information as needed for hosting, authentication, delivery, and operational support. If Google sign-in or another identity option is enabled, that provider also operates under its own terms and privacy notice.
Access to customer requests is limited by account permissions. Authorized team members can review records needed for customer service and site administration. A guest request is not automatically exposed to an account just because an email address matches.
Cookies and optional analytics
Essential cookies and related storage support account sessions, request protection, and website preferences. This HTML package does not embed advertising trackers. Optional analytics, when configured, should follow the choices described in the cookie policy. Unsubmitted form drafts use the device storage described below.
Retention, access, and corrections
Contact Ultra to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you. We may ask for information to verify the request and protect another person’s account. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing service, accounting, security, or other applicable obligations.
Account contact details can be updated in the client workspace. For a change that cannot be made there, contact the team directly. Do not send payment card numbers, alarm codes, or other sensitive access details through general website forms.
Contact choices
You can choose whether to request optional service text updates. Reply STOP to opt out of text messaging or HELP for assistance, and contact the team if a request needs follow-up through another method. Use the unsubscribe link in an email when one is provided for that message stream.
Changes to this notice

Your unsubmitted drafts
Unsubmitted form drafts are saved on this browser so you can continue after refreshing. Drafts can contain contact details, cleaning notes, profile edits, messages or website edits you have entered. They are available for seven days and are cleared after a confirmed successful submission or logout. Saved profile and website settings continue to show their confirmed values. Passwords, one-time codes, security tokens and file attachments are excluded. You can remove drafts using your browser’s clear-site-data controls.
