When the connected account system is active, it uses session and security mechanisms to keep you signed in, protect requests, and distinguish authorized users. These functions are necessary to operate the requested account features.
Preference storage
Your choice is kept for 30 days in the first-party consent cookie and browser preference storage. It records analytics, preference and marketing choices rather than account credentials or service details. Change it through Cookie settings in the footer.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is connected through the website’s WMG integration settings. Choosing Essential & analytics enables visit measurement; Allow optional cookies also permits configured preference and marketing categories. Use without analytics keeps Google Analytics off. Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents or customer records.
Clicking a call button is an interaction, not proof that a conversation or sale occurred. A successful estimate submission is recorded only after the server confirms it.
App assets and offline behavior
The app may keep public visual assets available for a faster return visit. Private account pages, authenticated API responses, service messages, and customer records are not stored in the app’s public asset cache. The native WMG app system owns this behavior when installed.
Managing your choice
Use Cookie settings to change between Essential & analytics, Allow optional cookies and Use without analytics. Choices expire after 30 days. You can also clear site data in your browser. Clearing session data may sign you out; clearing preferences asks you to choose again.

Contact Ultra if you need information about the analytics or account providers enabled on the live website. Connected third-party services may also provide their own privacy and cookie notices.

Your unsubmitted drafts
Unsubmitted form drafts are saved on this browser so you can continue after refreshing. Drafts can contain contact details, cleaning notes, profile edits, messages or website edits you have entered. They are available for seven days and are cleared after a confirmed successful submission or logout. Saved profile and website settings continue to show their confirmed values. Passwords, one-time codes, security tokens and file attachments are excluded. You can remove drafts using your browser’s clear-site-data controls.
