What does a cleaning estimate include?
We discuss your property, the rooms or work areas, current condition, priorities, and preferred timing. The team then confirms the scope and price. Extras, access details, and recurring frequency should be agreed before the visit.
Can I request recurring cleaning?
Yes. Ask about weekly, every-other-week, or monthly home cleaning, or a commercial schedule that matches your space. Availability and the final cleaning plan are confirmed by the team.
Does submitting a request book an appointment?
No. An estimate request starts a conversation. Your preferred date is recorded as a preference; the appointment is confirmed only after Ultra agrees the scope, price, and availability with you.
Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
Mention special surface care, product preferences, pets, or sensitivities before the visit. Ultra will confirm the supplies and equipment for the agreed scope so both sides know what to expect.
Can I manage my requests online?
Clients can sign in to the account workspace to review linked requests, send service messages, and update contact details. For help connecting an earlier estimate to your account, contact the Ultra team.
